the nursery.

every year we do a wreath making fundraiser for the environmental ed program at parks & rec, and we get our trimmings to decorate the wreaths from a nursery in sandy, oregon.

i always volunteer to get the trimmings, partly because i learn alot about the trees that we are trimming, and about trimming trees itself, but also, because every year there is inevitably one day we travel there that the nursery is an opportunity for some prime nature photography.

our second day there this year was no exception.
couldn't help but share my excitement about cold oregon mornings in december....

1 woo hoo's!:

GREAT pictures! Love the oak and mushrooms. I think we need to learn how to hunt for mushrooms. do you know how to do that?
